Production System
Specific path of production, starting with desalting the peppers, followed by 24h keep in a previously prepared light solution, then draining the peppers from the excess of liquid. After that the peppers are stuffed with cottage cheese. The stuffed cherry peppers are aligned in the jars, and covered with sunflower oil, closed and pasteurized.

The company SA-MO Bionatura DOOEL states that is equipped with H.A.C.C.P plan of self-control with regular hygienic practice of the production capacities and products. The owner of the company ZaklinaFilipova is also the person responsible for proper implication of the H.A.C.C.P plan of self-control. The company is currently implementing the IFS- standards. During the entire year the company runs analyses and checks its products.
