The target groups for this product are the fans of healthy food and the people who are in constant search for quality and new flavors. The product can also be used to accompany appetizers.
Specific path of production, starting with desalting the peppers, followed by 24h keep in a previously prepared light solution, then draining the peppers from the excess of liquid. After that the peppers are stuffed with cottage cheese. The stuffed cherry peppers are aligned in the jars, and covered with sunflower oil, closed and pasteurized.
The company SA-MO Bionatura DOOEL states that is equipped with H.A.C.C.P plan of self-control with regular hygienic practice of the production capacities and products. The owner of the company ZaklinaFilipova is also the person responsible for proper implication of the H.A.C.C.P plan of self-control. The company is currently implementing the IFS- standards.
